Residential Organizing

All aspects of residential organizing from attic to basement and everything in between.

We will help you sort, organize, purge, and containerize your possessions, as part of this process we can redesign closets, recommend and purchase appropriate containers, and create working filing systems for your paperwork.

Gift Certificates 

Gift Certificates are available for either $175 or $300:

  • For $175 you will receive 2 hours of organizing services, for example, detailed ideas for organizing solutions or hands on organizing for a small project.
  • For $300 you will receive 4 hours of organizing services, for example, detailed ideas for organizing solutions and hands on organizing for a medium project.

This is a general idea of what can be done in the time frames above, each situation is very different and has many variables.

You will receive your gift certificate in 7-10 days.

Moving, Downsizing & Relocation

We will help you sort, purge and organize your current home, order packing supplies, pack, help you determine what furniture you have space for in your new home, develop a floor plan, supervise the movers, and unpack your new home. You will be supported through the entire process.

Home Office Management

Whether you are a stay at home Mom or running a small business from your home, we will get your paperwork in order and create paper and computer filing systems that work for your personal style.

Time Management

There are still only 24 hours in a day, we can help you to maximize your time by working with calendars, schedules, and coordinating family schedules, using either paper or electronic methods.

Space Planning

We will work with you to maximize and utilize your space in the most efficient manner, this may mean eliminating unnecessary pieces of furniture (we will work with you to decide the best places that will accept your cast offs for consignment, eBay, to auction houses or as donations)

Income Tax Reduction

By donating your items to an charitable organization that will sell or give your no longer needed items to those in need, we can help you reduce your tax bill using software that tracks the current value of your items. You will be very surprised at the market value of your unused items.

Follow Up and Maintenance

Once you have made the investment to get organized, you want to maintain it, we can help you by having regularly scheduled phone calls or visits to keep on top of everything, sometimes as you go along you may find the need to adjust a system, this is the best way to do this.

Training

Hands-on organizing for groups and/or individuals. Support your staff members who may be having a problem with efficiency, we will work with them individually or in work teams to review their processes and create a plan, work with them to improve.
