My work with Anna was great. I had things from my mother and two grown daughters who had moved in and out of the house, and wasn't really sure what was in all those boxes. Long, long before Anna arrived on the scene I knew I was headed for trouble. Somewhere along the way we had stopped thinking about the whys of acquiring stuff and maintaining it, and became focused almost exclusively on wants. There was no home organization here.
